Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 20, 2026

Tollere is a minimal iOS shopping list app built and maintained by Mijo Kristo ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, how it's used, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the Tollere iOS application and its associated widget and iCloud sharing feature.

The short version: Tollere does not collect analytics, does not use third-party trackers, and does not have its own servers. Your list is stored locally on your device and, if you choose to share it, in your own iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit service. We never see your data.

1. Data we collect

Tollere does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on servers operated by us. Specifically, Tollere does not collect:

2. Data stored on your device

The items you add to your list are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data stays on your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes this data permanently.

3. Shared lists (iCloud / CloudKit)

If you generate a share link from within Tollere to collaborate with another person, your list items are synchronised using Apple's CloudKit service under your personal iCloud account. This data:

We do not have access to the contents of your iCloud or your shared lists.

4. Push notifications

If you grant notification permission, Tollere uses Apple's Push Notification Service (APNs) to alert you when an item is marked as important on a shared list. Notification content is routed via Apple and is never stored by us.

5. In-app purchases

Tollere offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Tollere Pro") processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit framework. Payment information is handled by Apple, not by us. We receive anonymised transaction confirmations from Apple solely to verify your entitlement to Pro features. We never see your payment method, full name, or billing address.

6. Third parties

Tollere does not integrate with any third-party SDKs, analytics services, ad networks, or tracking libraries. The only external services involved are Apple's own platforms (iCloud, CloudKit, APNs, StoreKit), which are required for the app to function.

7. Children

Tollere is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children, and the app requires no personal information to use.

8. Your rights (EU / GDPR)

Because Tollere does not collect personal data on servers we control, there is no personal information for us to export, correct, or delete. If you would like to remove all Tollere data:

For any questions about your data rights, contact us at the email below.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be reflected in the app before taking effect.
